You should stick to drinking about 2-3 liters of water per day. 

#5 - Eat Healthy to Maximize Weightloss

This is the perfect time to develop healthy eating habits. It takes three to six weeks to change any habit and this diet is the perfect time to do so. In Phase 2 of the diet plan, you do not need to count calories but since you will be weighing your food, the HCG diet teaches you about portion control and you will actually be amazed at how little you have to eat to feel full and satisfied!
