She is Fellowship-Trained in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine, with a focus in thyroid disorders, adrenal dysfunction, and hormone balancing. Dr. Anita Sabharwal believes healthcare is more than just treating a disease and that beauty lies from within. She takes pride in developing relationships with every patient to develop a holistic treatment plan. As an Internist, Dr. Anita Sabharwal strives to make everyone look and feel their best.

Dr. Anita Sabharwal is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in Toledo, Ohio. She has been in practice since 1995. She is a fellow and member of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She has always been passionate about women’s health, pain management, and preventative medicine. She is also a certified Provider for PAD (peripheral artery disease) and is highly-skilled in Synvisc and Hyalagan injections.

Get to know Urologist Dr. Sarat Sabharwal, who serves patients in Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Sabharwal is a board-certified urologist who performs advanced Urologic and reconstructive procedures. He is one of the very few surgeons in the country who has extensive training in both open and minimally invasive techniques for the management of complex urologic disorders. Dr. Sabharwal is passionate about offering cutting-edge diagnostics, treatments, and therapies to help patients achieve amazing results. He offers a holistic approach to his patients, desiring that each individual receives a complete, personalized treatment plan that seeks to meet his or her needs. He also specializes in male services such as hair restoration, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, natural rejuvenation with growth factors, and more.

Dr. Sabharwal earned his medical degree from the Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. He completed six years of residency training in general surgery and urology at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. He then went on to complete his fellowship in robotic surgery. Dr. Sabharwal pursued further advanced training in cosmetic surgery and also received extensive training in hair restoration at St. Louis University.

Having done over 1,100 robotic procedures, he is a recognized leader in nerve sparing and endopelvic fascia sparing techniques to improve impotence and continence outcomes after robotic prostatectomy. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Sabharwal is board-certified in urology by the American Board of Urology. He remains a member of multiple professional societies including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society of Lipo-Suction Surgery, the International Society of Cosmetogynecology, the American Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons, and the American Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgery.

Dr. Sabharwal is affiliated with Lake Nona University Hospital.

On December 30 2022, Dr. Sabharwal performed his first InterStim Implant and he became a member of a community that offers hope and delivers relief for symptoms often kept in the shadows. While this date marks a surgical procedure and a hard skill, it is intrinsically linked to the soft skill of comforting and educating patients through healing conversations.

Amber Baird is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has 10 years of nursing experience as an emergency department nurse, trauma nurse, and charge nurse and 2 years experience as the Director of Nursing at a skilled nursing facility. She graduated in May 2022 with her master’s in nursing.

She is currently specializing in urology and hormone replacement therapy. She loves helping patients become healthier through proper diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management. She believes in helping patients feel better and be healthier by finding the root cause of problems and not just covering up symptoms through medication.

Amber is married and has four kids. Her hobbies are to help others lose weight through diet and exercise. She is NPC figure bodybuilding competitor.

Front Desk Assistant

As our Front Desk Assistant, Anuja Sabharwal is the smiling face of the practice. Anuja is also primarily responsible for making sure the entire patient experience is as effortless as possible. Her role includes everything from scheduling the appointments, making courtesy phone call reminders, overseeing reception of incoming arrivals, and offering sincere customer assistance. Anuja’s exceptional organizational skills and enthusiastic demeanor are the prime reasons why our practice runs smoothly and offers excellent customer service. As a result, our day-to-day operations are almost as effortless as your single-day visit.
