We reserve time specifically for you—thank you for honoring our schedule. The guidelines below help us provide a calm, elevated experience for every guest while respecting the time of our providers and patients.

• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling/cancellations (phone call only)
• No-shows & same-day cancellations are subject to a fee
• Children welcomed by appointment only with prior arrangement
Appointment changes
We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone. Voicemails are not accepted for cancellations or rescheduling.

Children in the office
Children are welcome by appointment only and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Childcare must be arranged with the office prior to your visit.
- You may be asked to sign a waiver for your child to be in our designated safe area.
- If childcare is not arranged in advance, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. For the most accurate quote, please confirm pricing at the time you schedule.

Due to safety and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
- No returns are allowed for any products or services.
Gratuity information
Gratuities are not included in service pricing. If you’d like to tip your provider, gratuity is always appreciated.
