A Smoother, Firmer, More Luminous Complexion
Microneedling creates tiny micro-channels in the skin to stimulate the body’s natural repair processes, supporting collagen and elastin production and improving overall tone and texture over time.
About the HydraPen
This tool is used to simultaneously penetrate and infuse the skin in one step. Our esthetician can fill the pen with different ingredients such as vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, etc., depending on the patient. This is customizable, thus one can choose from a variety of options depending on their skin goals.
Benefits of Microneedling
- Diminishes fine lines, deep wrinkles on forehead, smoker’s mouth, and acne scars
- Tightens sagging skin
- Shrinks pores
- Reduces the appearance of stretch marks
- Remodels surgical, injury, and burn scars
- Increases effectiveness of skincare products
- Stimulates collagen
- Improves skin tone and texture
How the Procedure Is Done
First, the area being treated is thoroughly cleansed topically. Once the skin is completely clean, the Hydrapen is gently swept over the area, creating minute holes in the tissue. The number of needles in the cartridge unit is 12 pcs. When the device is turned on, the needles in the cartridge begin a reciprocating motion with a frequency of 3000 punctures/min to 5500 punctures/min.
How Often Should I Get This Treatment?
Depending on the health of your skin and your goals, our team recommends that you do a series of 3 to 6 microneedling treatments every 4 to 6 weeks. This may differ from patient to patient, so we recommend a consultation to determine the number of sessions you might need.
