Communication

We are committed to effective communication with our guests. We provide, at no charge, auxiliary aids and services that are reasonably necessary to achieve effective communication when available and appropriate.

• We accept Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) calls.
• TTY/TDD users may dial 711 to connect via relay services, in the same manner as traditional phone calls.

Website Access

We endeavor to develop and update our website content using current technologies that support access for people with disabilities. We aim to align with usability and design standards, including guidance from the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and applicable provisions of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA).

Assistive Devices

Guests are welcome to use personal assistive devices and technologies while accessing our services. If any assistive device or technology is incompatible with our facilities or processes, we will work with you to provide access through alternative measures whenever reasonable.

Companions & Service Animals

Companions, guide dogs, and other service animals are welcome to accompany guests with disabilities while visiting our facility. We also provide respectful, discreet assistance when requested.

Interruption of Services

If we are temporarily unable to offer any special facilities or services that assist guests with disabilities, we will provide notice of the interruption and the anticipated time when services will be resumed when feasible.

Training & Continuous Improvement

Our staff receives ongoing training to support respectful, helpful assistance for guests with disabilities. We continuously work to improve accessibility across our practice and online content.
