Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that involves puncturing your skin with tiny needles with an electronic tool such as the hydrapen or dermapen. The Procedure and Aftercare
Microneedling only takes about 30 minutes.
There is minimal downtime, so you can return to most of your regular activities. Your skin might be swollen and red for a few days, but it should go away on its own. Our doctor might recommend that you do not wear makeup for about 24 hours, but it is important to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.
Wearing sunscreen is crucial to protecting your skin during the first dew days, and after as well. You should also avoid excessive sweating for the first week.
