Revitalize and Rejuvenate: Exploring PRP with Hyaluronic Acid and Microneedling

What is PRP?

Traditional PRP therapy harnesses the healing power of your own blood's platelets to stimulate collagen production, accelerate tissue repair, and rejuvenate the skin. This minimally invasive procedure involves drawing a small amount of blood, processing it to concentrate the platelets, and then injecting only the platelet-rich plasma into targeted areas of the skin. It is great for treating dark circles under the eyes, getting rid of tired eyes which can make a person look older, lifting the mid face to help minimize nasolabial folds and decreasing the appearance of jowls and sagging skin. PRP is also great for treating acne scars and hyperpigmentation.

Benefits of Regular PRP:

  • Collagen Stimulation: Promotes the natural production of collagen and elastin, improving skin firmness and elasticity. This collagen induction gives the lifting effect to the face and helps reverse skin aging.
  • Tissue Repair: Accelerates the healing process, making it ideal for treating acne scars, and improving skin texture and luminosity.
  • Minimal Downtime: Requires little to no downtime, allowing you to resume your daily activities shortly after treatment.

PRP with Hyaluronic Acid (HA)

PRP combined with Hyaluronic Acid takes traditional PRP therapy to the next level by combining the collagen induction from PRP with the filling and lifting capabilities of HA . This combination offers a synergistic approach to skin rejuvenation, addressing both structural and aging concerns simultaneously.

The Hyaluronic acid gives the filling and lifting effect immediately while the PRP with its collagen inducing property increases the duration of the lifting effect and gives complete facial rejuvenation with improvement in sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles, nasolabial folds, tear troughs, sunken eyes, acne scars and increased elasticity. This powerful combination is a recommendation for anyone who is concerned with sagging jowls, nasolabial folds and tear troughs but  not yet ready to have surgery.

Microneedling with Plasma

Microneedling, on the other hand, involves the use of fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin's surface. This process stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, leading to firmer, smoother skin texture and improved overall complexion. When paired with PRP, microneedling enhances the absorption of these rejuvenating ingredients, maximizing their effectiveness and delivering optimal results. This combination of microneedling with PRP is beneficial for everyone but is definitely recommended for treating under eye lines and wrinkles, bags under the eyes, acne scars and textural concerns.

PRP with THREADS

PDO threads are collagen inducing and give the lifting effect to mid face . This is a great option for aging skin in mid life as we start to lose the elastin which keeps our skin supple and firm. PDO threads help lift the mid face and thus, minimize sagging jowls, the appearance of double chin, nasolabial folds and dullness to the skin. When combined with PRP, the collagen inducing effects for both are enhanced and the effect is longer lasting; up to one year!

The choice depends on your specific skincare needs, desired outcomes, and aesthetic goals.
